Biodiversity & Ecological Farming with Jocelyn Durston of Seven Acres Farm & Ferments
We sat down with Jocelyn a few weeks ago to talk about the intersections between being a farmer and being a naturalist, and how ecological farming offers the potential to support biodiverse ecosystems while also sustaining human societies through food.
Jocelyn and her partner Tim farm and steward land in Canning, where they are committed to fostering and increasing biodiversity on their land while also producing delicious vegetables, cut flowers and fermented foods.
